Office cleaning is a different job to a house clean

A practical Norwest office cleaning scope
Visits are usually nightly, three times a week, or weekly, depending on headcount and public visitors. The list below is the core we write into a first quote; you add or remove rooms before we confirm it.
- Workstations: Clear desk policy assumed. We wipe accessible surfaces, not under a week of files unless you ask for a deep.
- Amenities: Toilets, basins, mirrors, restock of your consumables if supplied, floors, and sanitary bins as contracted.
- Kitchen / tea point: Benches, sink, appliance exteriors, floors. Dishwasher emptying only if you ask for it.
- Floors and glass: Floors, internal partition glass to an agreed height, bins and recycling.
Extras like carpet cleaning, high glass, fridge internals, and behind vending machines are booked every few months or as a one-off job, not hidden inside the nightly quote.
After-hours entry without setting off Norwest security
Park buildings have loading-dock hours, lift access cards, and after-hours registers. We need a named site contact, alarm instructions, and what to do if a door does not close. Our team does not prop fire doors or leave the suite on the latch.
